Inverse Psoriasis

• Topical corticosteroids are the most commonly used medications, but care must be taken to avoid skin atrophy.
• Calcipotriol, tazarotene, anthralin and tars are usually too irritating.
• Topical tacrolimus is showing promise, likely because of its ability to penetrate the occluded skin.
