Salicylic Acid
Salicylic acid is formulations include moisturizers, soaps and shampoos to help remove and reduce the thickness of psoriatic scales. Salicylic acid may be combined with tar, anthralin, and topical corticosteroids.
How the treatment works
It does not treat the psoriasis, instead, it helps to remove the build-up of dead skin cells
